For headset warranty claims, we require the headset serial number but not the transmitter serial number for proper model identification. The serial number will be located on the underside of the unit. Some transmitters are labeled with a serial number. Note for the: the serial number is on the underside of the microphone (not the stand). Here are a few examples of what this will look like: Elite 800: Elite 800X: Elite Pro: Stealth 600 For Xbox One: Stealth 600 For PS4/PS4 Pro: Stealth 700 For Xbox One: Stealth 700 for PS4/Pro: Recon 150: Recon 60P: Stealth 400/500P: PX22, Z22, PX51, XP510, Z300: XP Seven, Z Seven, M Seven, Sierra: XLa, PLa, ZLa, NLa: Note for: the Serial Number can be found on the back of the in-line volume control. The serial number is often below a QR Code or begins with S/N. FINDING THE SERIAL NUMBER ON NEWER MODELS: On most of our newer headsets, the serial number will be located on the inside of the headband on the Right (R) side, either printed directly on the inside of the headband or on a sticker. The serial number will be printed on the product itself and will not be anywhere on the packaging or box.
